In November 2016, a group of micro and small entrepreneurs came together to form Ubunifu Association of Kenya UAK. Now a company boasting a handful of Kenyan creatives, Ubunifu Association of Kenya supplies both local and international markets with quality handmade pure leather, unique jewelry, and elegant beadwork products.
Ubunifu which is swahili for creativity, is the heart and soul of UAK. Our creative team is drawn from diverse backgrounds, but work collectively to build a formidable brand.

Milestones
The Association has registered rapid growth since its inception not so long ago. Likewise, we pride in the active role we have played in creating jobs for women and the youth.
A fast-growing retailer of pure leather, beaded and African print products, we attest our success to our members, who continue to market the products proactively, both locally and internationally. Our members have participated in both local and international trade fairs such as, New York Now, Ambiente Germany, Birmingham Spring Fair, Origin Africa, etc.
Further, we hope to carve a larger market for our products through our convenient online store.
